What We Stand For
Looking to get fit, learn new and different things, and perhaps make some new friends along the way? Functional Fitness classes are a great way to do all of those. Perfect for beginners to experienced gym users. Let us worry about the sessions, from the warmup to the workout, all you have to do is turn up.
Alternatively, why not try one of our Olympic Weightlifting Classes, bootcamps, cardio clubs or for something a little more personal, book in with one of our personal trainers for a one to one session.
